The rules for enrolling in and using SpeakLab's program and website.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SpeakLab website (speaklabbyshayan.com) and your enrollment in the SpeakLab English Communication & Confidence Program. By using our website, enrolling, or paying any fee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SpeakLab offers an 8-week, in-person English Communication & Confidence Program held at Punjab Tianjin University of Technology, Lahore. Class schedules, session timings, and curriculum are shared with enrolled students and may be adjusted where reasonably necessary. We also provide a free English Level Test and a free AI English Tutor through our website.
The program fee and any promotional pricing are stated on our website at the time of enrollment. Current terms are:
No advance is required to reserve a seat. The full PKR 20,000 fee is payable before the batch starts, and your seat is confirmed once the full fee has been received. Full details are shown on the program page.
Your seat is only guaranteed once the full fee has been received. If payment is not completed before the batch starts, the seat may be offered to another student.
Once the batch has started, the PKR 20,000 fee is non-refundable. Your place is held in a limited batch, which prevents us from offering it to another student. By paying the fee you acknowledge and accept this policy.
We offer free trial classes so you can experience the program before you commit to paying. We encourage you to attend a trial before enrolling.
We want every student to learn in a respectful, supportive environment. You agree to attend classes on time, treat instructors and fellow students with respect, and follow the venue's rules. We may remove any student whose conduct disrupts classes or harms others, without refund.
The English Level Test and AI English Tutor are provided free, for practice and guidance only. Results and feedback are automated estimates and are not formal certifications or professional assessments. The AI Tutor may occasionally be unavailable or produce inaccurate responses, and should not be relied on as a substitute for the taught program.
All content on this website and within our program — including text, materials, logos, curriculum, and graphics — belongs to SpeakLab and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our materials without our written permission.
We are committed to helping you improve your English and confidence. However, individual results depend on your effort, attendance, and participation. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, grade, job, or level of improvement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or program. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us.
Our website may link to third-party sites and services (such as WhatsApp, Google, and Meta). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
